The Inclusive Voices Project is an independent, reader-supported news platform created in response to the growing rollback of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across industries. Founded by Silva Harapetian, an award-winning journalist, author, and the first Iranian-Armenian-American television journalist in the U.S., the project is a bold stand for authentic representation, equity, and freedom of speech.
Drawing on more than two decades in broadcast and digital media, Silva founded this platform to amplify voices and stories too often ignored by mainstream outlets. From the experiences of immigrants and survivors of war to issues of race, gender, and systemic inequity, The Inclusive Voices Project delivers in-depth journalism, interviews, and documentaries that give underrepresented communities the microphone they deserve.
